Rosemary Lemmis is an experienced attorney licensed to practice in the State of California. She has significant experience in real estate transactions and leasing (including office, industrial, apartments, residential, agricultural and raw land), construction, business formation and transactions, litigation and appeals. She has represented clients in mediations in various matters. She has also done a significant amount of pro bono work, and was the Public Counsel's Community Development pro bono award winner in 2015. She has also provided low cost fee arbitration for persons seeking relief from attorneys' fees and taught classes on business formation and leasing to various groups.
She is a graduate of Brown University, the University of Southern California Law Center, and pursued a Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University. She has taught at the University of California at Riverside and UCLA, written articles for Continuing Education for the Bar, and spoken at conferences. She has received mediation training from the Los Angeles City Attorneys' Office.
