Welcome to Mediation Resolutions. By booking a consultation or mediation service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Mediation Resolutions provides professional mediation and consultation services. Mediation is a voluntary process, and our mediators work to facilitate constructive dialogue and resolution between parties.

We offer:

  • Mediation sessions (generally 4–6 hours)

  • Consultation services

  • Limited in-person mediation sessions

  • Weekend and late-hour mediation (subject to additional fees and availability)

2. Hours of Service

  • Standard mediation hours are 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, available in 30-minute increments.

  • Weekend mediations and sessions scheduled after 6:00 pm are available by request at an additional cost.

3. Booking Policy

  • Booking a consultation or mediation through our system is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Mediation Resolutions.

  • Our team will review requests and assign mediators internally. Clients cannot self-assign mediators through the booking system.

  • When submitting a request for mediation, you must provide a brief summary of the reason for the mediation.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Mediation services start at $1,000.00, which covers a 4-hour mediation session plus one hour of mediator preparation.

  • Each additional hour or part thereof is billed at $200.00.

  • To confirm the date and time, 50% of the total mediation fee must be paid in advance.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties or ordered by the court, costs are to be split equally between the parties.

  • Additional fees apply for weekend mediations and mediations scheduled after 6:00 pm.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made in writing via email toInfo@mediationresolutions.org.

  • Any cancellation within 72 hours of a scheduled mediation may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Voluntary Nature of Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary process. All parties must willingly participate and understand that mediators do not provide legal advice or impose decisions.

7. Limitations of Service

  • Mediation Resolutions does not provide legal representation or guarantee outcomes.

  • Parties are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before, during, or after mediation.

  • Availability for in-person sessions is limited and subject to approval.
